Cancel a Game
This form is for use by Club representatives (BOR) only.
Coaches must contact their clubs to request games be cancelled.
Your club will be charged a $10 fee for any cancelled games. Games cancelled within 72 hours of start time will be charged a $20 fee.
How to Reschedule a Game
Club representatives (BORs) are responsible for rescheduling games.
Coaches are NOT permitted to reschedule games on their own
Coaches must contact their club BOR to request games be rescheduled.
